Natalie and Ricky’s stunning destination wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Resort was set against the natural beauty of the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Although they call Virginia home, the couple fell in love with the breathtaking views and historic charm of the property, deciding to host their wedding there.

The Venue

Surrounded by towering peaks, the Omni offers a perfect blend of old-world elegance and panoramic mountain landscapes. Their day began with a private first look on the Jewell Terrace, where the peak of Mount Washington created an awe-inspiring backdrop. As they shared this intimate moment, the vastness of the mountains added a timelessness and romance that’s hard to properly articulate. Later, during cocktail hour, their family and friends were treated to an unimpeded view of the sun setting behind the hotel, casting the mountain range in a golden glow – it was the kind of scene that felt almost too perfect to be real.

The Fashion

Natalie’s bridal style was the embodiment of luxury and romance, starting with her exquisite Carolina Herrera wedding dress. The strapless gown featured a delicately beaded bodice adorned with floral motifs, interwoven into the fabric like a piece of fine art. From there, the gown flowed out into a dramatic train, creating an elegant silhouette enhanced by her veil. As Natalie stood on the terrace, a soft mountain breeze lifted it, adding its own ethereal magic to the moment. She paired her designer gown with Prada platform heels, a stylish and fun choice that gave her look a contemporary sophistication. As the evening unfolded, Natalie surprised her guests with a chic dress and hair change for the reception. She swapped her gown for a flirty, short dress, and Jenn Conway was on standby to re-style her hair into a chic half-up/half-down look, perfect for dancing the night away. The transformation allowed Natalie to embrace a more playful, party-ready vibe for the celebration.

Throughout the day, personal touches made Natalie and Ricky’s wedding feel uniquely theirs. Their bespoke stationery, created by Inquisted, featured hand-drawn renderings of the historic Omni Mount Washington Resort, setting the tone for the elegance to come. Before the ceremony, they shared a heartwarming moment with their sweet dog, Dante, who was not only dressed for the occasion, but was definitely ready to party! As Natalie walked down the aisle with her father, a harpist played softly in the background, adding a touch of romance and serenity to the start of the ceremony. Natalie’s bouquet was just as exquisite as her gown—a cascading arrangement of white orchids, pale pink roses, white dahlias, and creamy peonies that flowed asymmetrically, mirroring the effortless beauty of the surrounding landscape. As night fell, the reception space transformed into an intimate, candle-lit setting. The room glowed with soft candlelight and twinkling lights behind the main table highlighted the delicate pink roses at each guest’s table, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that felt both luxurious and personal.
