When I first visited the private estate that was to serve as the venue for Hanna and Nat’s summer wedding, I felt like I unlocked a new life goal. It’s stunning, to say the least. From the weeping willows, to the winding pathways, to the glassy pond, this was a dreamy New England location. Hanna and Nat, together with their families, hosted a 254 guest affair with a golden light cocktail hour that turned to a cozy, candlelit barn dinner, and ended with a tented rager of a dance party. It was truly a night to remember. 

The festivities began right at their ceremony, performed by a friend of the family whose hilarious wit kept everyone entertained (in church, no less)! Upon arrival at the farm, guests were served cocktails and hors d’oeurves as well New England classics like lobster rolls with kettle cooked potato chips. In place of champagne at each table setting, guests got a bottle of Peroni, an ode to both Hanna and Nat’s grandfathers’ Italian heritage. 

One thing I knew going into this wedding was that this is a group that was going to hit the dance floor hard. But we didn’t expect just how hard, so I’ll let the visual evidence do the talking. Needless to say, this was a party that extended into the late hours of the night, long after we’d left it. 

With intentionality behind each detail, there was so much beauty in this day. The florals, with classics like baby’s breath and blush roses, were also designed by a family friend. The vintage glassware added a warm touch to the tablescape. Beverages and planning/design were effortlessly executed Free Spirits Event Co. and Hanna and her bridesmaids were glammed by Christina G. and Inside Out Bridal.
